Role Description

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant / Social Media Manager to support the execution of digital marketing strategies and manage social media presence across multiple platforms. This role focuses on content creation, audience engagement, campaign support, and performance tracking to strengthen brand visibility and online growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across social media channels while ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity. You will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop content ideas, support campaign execution, and maintain an active and engaging online presence.

Key responsibilities include managing social media accounts, developing content calendars, writing captions and posts, sourcing or creating visual content, and monitoring engagement metrics. You will track performance indicators such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, and follower growth, using insights to optimize content and improve results.

The role also involves supporting digital marketing campaigns, assisting with email marketing, coordinating paid advertising activities, conducting competitor research, and engaging with online communities. You will help ensure that all digital communications align with brand strategy and business objectives.

Additional responsibilities may include reporting on campaign performance, identifying content trends, suggesting creative ideas for growth, and staying updated on social media platform changes and digital marketing best practices. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about digital communication and online engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
