• Manage and grow B2Spin's presence across social media platforms, keeping content fresh, on-brand, and engaging
• Monitor, respond to, and moderate community interactions to foster a positive and active player community
• Identify trends, player sentiment, and community insights to help shape content and engagement strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop campaigns, promotions, and community-driven initiatives
• Track and report on key community metrics, turning data into actionable recommendations
• Act as the bridge between our players and our teams, ensuring player feedback is heard and acted upon

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience managing social media channels and online communities, ideally within gaming or entertainment
• A natural communicator with a talent for writing engaging, on-brand content
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
• Ability to spot trends and translate community sentiment into meaningful insights
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment
• A genuine passion for gaming and player experience
