Description:
We’re looking for a sharp, entrepreneurial performance marketer who knows how to turn paid traffic into qualified business seller calls. If you’ve ever run pay-per-call or pay-per-lead campaigns (insurance, solar, legal, debt, home services, etc.), you already know the playbook.
Now we want you to bring that skillset inside our firm and own the system.
What you’ll do:
- Build and run ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, Native, etc.) that generate business seller leads
- Create landing pages / funnels to filter and qualify calls
- Set up call routing and tracking (Ringba, CallRail, Everflow, etc.)
- Track CPL and ROI — optimize for cost-per-closed deal
- Constantly experiment to drive more qualified calls at lower cost
Who you are:
- You’ve already run pay-per-call / pay-per-lead campaigns profitably (any vertical is fine)
- You understand ad + funnel + call routing + tracking as one system
- You’re analytical and ROI-driven (you think in $ spent vs. $ made)
- You want to be treated like an entrepreneur, not just an employee
Compensation (aligned with performance):
- $1,500/month base salary (safety net)
- $10K–$15K ad budget per 4 closed deals (not including salary)
- Whatever you don’t spend from that budget is yours to keep
Example: Spend $7K to close 4 deals ? keep $8K profit on top of base
Realistic monthly earnings: $5K–$8K+
