Yarn'n is a First Nations-owned, Australian-made brand doing something good with something everyone already buys — and putting 50% of our profit into First Nations education through Yalari (four students through high school with us so far). 100% recycled, five-star quality, and growing fast. Now we're building the team to grow faster.
The role
We're expanding, and we're after a Performance Marketer to own our paid, creative and email. The ad accounts are built and the audience is here — your job is to take the wheel and scale. You'll drive the execution; strategy and brand direction sit with our Head of Growth & Operations, who you'll work with directly. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to run a channel, not just help out on one.
What you'll do
- Paid & acquisition — run, optimise and scale our Meta & Google accounts, and grow new-customer acquisition
- Creative, social & UGC — turn our content and creators into ads that convert, and run our social channels
- Email & retention — run our email program: flows, campaigns and subscriber growth (Klaviyo)
About you
- A marketing gun who wants to own a channel, not sit on the edge of one
- You back yourself, chase the outcome, and love to see results
- You know your way around Meta, Google, Klaviyo and Shopify
- A year or two in paid social helps — but we're really hiring for hunger, sharp thinking and the drive to move our numbers
What you'll get
- $75,000–$85,000 + super
- Full-time, remote (Australia-based; South East Queensland a bonus)
