The Role
We’re looking for a marketing leader who can assess, structure and elevate our current marketing foundation — identifying what should be refined, expanded or rebuilt — and translate these insights into a clear, scalable strategy with measurable results. Your role is to architect a cohesive, high-performing marketing system and lead its end-to-end execution by establishing efficient, AI-powered processes that maximise output while minimising manual work.
You’ll execute this unified strategy across our three business streams:
- Design & Development — B2B services (branding, UI/UX, web/mobile dev)
- AI Co-Create Products
- Startup Factory — fast micro-product launches
What You'll Do
Build the Strategy:
- Audit current marketing materials (case studies, landing pages, content, funnels, etc.)
- Analyse competitors, target audiences and market positioning
- Develop a unified marketing strategy covering all three business streams
- Design AI-powered workflows to streamline content creation, research, analysis & execution
- Set up and refine essential infrastructure: analytics (GA4), tracking, dashboards and reporting
Execute:
- Oversee performance channels and optimise them for growth (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.).
- Lead product launch campaigns (Product Hunt, Reddit, niche communities)
- Test hypotheses, iterate marketing assets and improve funnels
- Report weekly on key metrics and adjust strategy based on insights
- Work closely with design, development and product teams to ensure alignment and consistency
What You Bring
Must-haves
- 3+ years in growth marketing, ideally in B2B
- Proven experience building a marketing strategy (from assessment → structure → execution) and driving measurable results
- Strong analytical skills: GA4, funnel analysis, dashboards, data-driven decision making
- Ability to design and optimise marketing systems and workflows
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools (for content, research, analysis, automation)
- Fluent English (and ideally Russian)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in early-stage startups, fast launches, micro-products, or MVP go-to-market
- Strong copywriting / creative direction skills
- Experience working with international markets and cross-cultural audiences
