đĄAbout the role:
We're seeking a Marketing & Partnership Specialist based in Poland who will help with the Go To Market strategy construction, planning, and execution, being responsible for executing sales and marketing strategies to drive customer and partner acquisition in the Polish market.
This is a freelance consulting role, where you would offer your services as an independent contractor. We estimate the workload to be around 10â20 hours per week, though this may vary depending on project needs.
âïžAs a Marketing & Partnership Specialist at Xolo, you will:
- đ» Digital Marketing Activities:
- Support the development of a localized content plan to engage target audiences.
- Support the creation and management of social media content (SoMe) to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Provide insights and expertise to optimize paid advertising campaigns for better performance and efficiency.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing and acquisition strategies.
- Provide insights and reports on campaign performance and engagement.
đ€ Partnership & Affiliate Activities:
- Identify, reach out to, and onboard potential partners and affiliates to grow our network.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
- Follow up on affiliate marketing leads and optimize conversion rates.
- Implement targeted outreach campaigns to generate new leads and partnerships.
đYou are the one we are looking for if you have:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in a freelance or remote role.
- Strong understanding of the Polish market, including customer behavior and local digital marketing trends.
- Hands-on experience with social media marketing, content creation, and managing engagement across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Excellent communication and outreach skills â you're confident in initiating conversations with potential partners, affiliates, and influencers.
- Analytical mindset â you're comfortable reviewing performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Proactive and self-motivated â you take initiative, manage your time well, and are results-driven.
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus.
