At xGrowth, we partner with the likes of Twilio, Shopify, Zoom, and Square to help them break into and expand across complex enterprise accounts in APAC. We're the only ABM firm built exclusively for this region, and our programs go deep. They are multi-stakeholder, multi-quarter, fully account-centric.
We're not looking for someone to learn ABM on the job. We're looking for someone who's already done it, at enterprise scale, and can walk in and own programs from day one.
What you'll own
- The full ABM program lifecycle. From discovery and account mapping through to campaign execution and performance review.
- Discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews with senior marketing and sales leaders; you synthesise findings into a clear strategic narrative, not just a slide deck.
- Value proposition development across buyer personas and ABM account rail design.
- Campaign theme development from brief to sign-off. You write the brief, you hold the standard.
- Briefing copywriters and designers; you know when the work is on-brief and when it isn't.
- Presenting strategy, findings, and campaign recommendations directly to C-levels and VP-level stakeholders, without supervision.
- Mentoring junior and mid-level strategists on their craft.
What you bring
- 5+ years running B2B enterprise ABM or GTM programs, not as a contributor, but as the person who owned the strategy end-to-end.
- Deep fluency in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and how marketing actually supports them.
- A track record of running discovery with senior buyers, building account intelligence, and turning it into programs that sales actually engages with.
- The ability to push back on a client when the brief is wrong.
- Experience working directly with APAC markets, or the regional fluency to get there fast.
- Strong instincts on creative quality across content formats: long-form, sales assets, ad copy, landing pages.
- Comfort with ambiguity. We're growing and you'll help shape how we do things.

- This is not a cruisy 9–5 job. You’ll need to put in serious thinking and effort to do it well.
- A handful of times in the month, you’ll have early morning or late afternoon calls due to global clients and teams.
- You’ll be presenting to senior stakeholders who expect you to be sharp, strategic, and clear.
- You need to be comfortable working remotely.
- The pace is fast and the bar keeps moving. If you don’t enjoy constant improvement, you’ll fall behind.
