The Opportunity:
As we continue to scale our impact, we are on the lookout for a meticulous Campaign Delivery Manager.
In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with our ABM Strategists and the marketing execution team to ensure the flawless execution and timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
Your attention to detail, combined with your ability to create and adhere to timelines, will ensure our quality remains consistent and our clients remain impressed.

What you'll do:
- Collaborate closely with the ABM Strategist to comprehend the scope, objectives, and nuances of each project.
- Craft detailed project timelines, ensuring that every task is accounted for and set for timely completion.
- Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring they align with the established strategy and meet the desired objectives.
- Conduct regular client Work In Progress (WIP) meetings to update stakeholders on project status, potential roadblocks, and outcomes.
- Utilise your keen attention to detail to identify, address, and preempt potential issues in campaign execution.
- Foster effective communication within the team, ensuring everyone is aligned, informed, and working cohesively.
- Uphold our company values, particularly emphasising continuous learning and radical ownership in all stages of delivery.
What we're looking for:
- Demonstrated experience in event, project, or delivery management, preferably in a B2B or agency context
- Problem-solving and outcome-driven mindset
- Outstanding written communication skills
- Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new tools quickly
- Capability to set client expectations and manage timely feedback and sign-offs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proofreading and light copywriting skills
- Familiarity with general design principles and brand guidelines, with strong attention to detail to ensure compliance (e.g., fonts, logos, colour usage)
- Understanding of B2B end-to-end marketing funnels and SaaS
- Budget management skills

Salary Range:
$75k - $90k plus super
