Strategist – Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
Help the world’s top B2B tech companies land and expand in APAC
At xGrowth, we partner with the likes of Twilio, Shopify, Zoom, and Snyk to help them break into and expand across complex enterprise accounts. We’re not another “leads” agency, we design and run account-centric strategies that move the needle in long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
We’re growing fast, and we’re looking for a Strategist who can bridge strategy and execution, and who’s hungry to make an impact with some of the most ambitious B2B tech companies in the world.
What you’ll do:
- Design and execute ABM and go-to-market strategies for mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Work directly with sales and marketing leaders to align campaigns with real pipeline outcomes.
- Research and profile accounts, distilling insights into actionable plays.
- Review and shape creative, ensuring campaigns cut through and reflect what “good” looks like.
- Present strategies and results directly to clients (yes, you’ll be in the room with C-levels).
- Drive alignment between marketing and sales across messaging, tactics, and execution.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of B2B tech/SaaS and how complex sales cycles work.
- Experience working across both marketing and sales functions.
- Ability to collate information from multiple sources and turn it into a clear, actionable plan.
- Client-facing presence: confident in presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Sharp eye for creative: you know when something is average vs. exceptional.
- Willing to put in the effort. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to hide behind a desk.

Salary range: $90,000 to $130,000 AUD plus super
