About the Role
We are looking for a demand gen/growth marketing lead to drive and scale WorkMagic’s pipeline engine. Your mission is simple: get the right brands into conversations with us.
You will design and run targeted campaigns that drive webinar registrations, event attendance, and qualified meetings from priority accounts. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, outbound marketing, and pipeline generation.
You will not be responsible for event logistics or long-form content creation. Instead, you will focus on activation, outreach, and experimentation to turn attention into the pipeline. You will report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with Sales, Partnerships, Content, and Product Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Design and run invite campaigns that drive registrations and attendance for webinars, events, and executive dinners
- Write and optimize email outreach, LinkedIn messages, and multi-touch sequences targeting priority accounts
- Research target brands and build high-quality ICP lists for outreach and engagement
- Develop and test campaign angles, hooks, and messaging that capture attention and drive responses
- Collaborate with Sales to align on target accounts and convert engagement into qualified meetings
- Build a repeatable pipeline generation engine that consistently drives engagement and meetings
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, ABM, or outbound marketing
- Strong writing skills with experience crafting outreach emails, direct messages, and campaign sequences
- Experience running account-targeted campaigns that drive engagement or pipeline
- Data-driven and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment with limited resources
- Strong curiosity about what actually drives engagement and pipeline
Nice to have
- Experience in ad tech, martech, or eCommerce technology
- Experience working with high-growth startups
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, or outbound tools
- Experience leading and scaling acquisition programs
