The Role

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to help shape Wordflow’s voice across channels and position us as a thought leader in AI marketing and AI visibility.

You’ll manage our content strategy across blogs, email, LinkedIn, and Instagram, helping us educate, engage, and grow our community of marketers, founders, and AI enthusiasts.

This role blends creativity, curiosity, and strategy – perfect for someone who’s as comfortable writing a blog post on AI visibility as they are planning a campaign around a product launch or industry trend.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute Wordflow’s content calendar across blogs, social media, and email.
  • Write, edit, and publish high-quality thought leadership content on AI, marketing, and SaaS.
  • Manage Wordflow’s LinkedIn and Instagram presence, creating content that sparks engagement and builds community.
  • Collaborate with the founder and product team to align content with brand positioning and product updates.
  • Optimise content for SEO and AI visibility (yes, we drink our own champagne).
  • Track performance metrics and continuously improve campaigns using data-driven insights.

Who You Are

  • A strong storyteller with 2–4 years of experience in content or digital marketing (SaaS or B2B experience is a plus).
  • Naturally curious about AI, marketing technology, and emerging trends.
  • Skilled in writing for LinkedIn, blogs, and newsletters, with a sharp sense of audience tone and engagement.
  • Capable of managing multiple content streams while maintaining consistency and quality.
  • Comfortable using or learning tools like Wordflow, HubSpot, Notion, and analytics dashboards.
