About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Social Media and Content Manager to oversee and execute our organic social media programs across platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and Reddit. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining the Social Operating System (OS), repackaging long-form content into engaging, channel-native formats such as threads, carousels, text posts, and short videos. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing content discoverability through question-based targeting, AEO (Audience Expansion Optimization), and GEO (Geographic) structures. You will treat social media as a search engine, optimizing titles, descriptions, and chapters to maximize reach. Collaboration with SEO, analytics, website, and paid social teams will be vital to ensure cohesive messaging and strategic alignment. The ideal candidate will be adept at measuring performance, providing actionable insights, and safeguarding brand integrity through clear guardrails. - 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B social media or content marketing, with a proven portfolio demonstrating daily publishing, content repackaging, and community engagement.
- Demonstrated success in executing AEO (Audience Expansion Optimization) and GEO strategies, including crafting citation-ready answers, clear headings, and snippet-friendly content.
- Proficiency across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and Reddit, with experience in social scheduling, listening tools, and basic video editing for short-form content.
- Strong familiarity with marketing and analytics tools such as HubSpot, GA4, Salesforce, Jira, and UTM tracking disciplines.
- Ability to translate research insights into actionable content strategies and communicate complex ideas in a clear, concise manner.
- Familiarity with generative AI, large language models, and their applications in content retrieval, summarization, and citation.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams including analytics, web development, paid media, and account-based marketing (ABM) in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Social OS by maintaining a dynamic editorial calendar, enforcing channel guardrails, and ensuring timely approvals to balance speed with brand consistency.
- Operate and optimize core social channels—LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and Reddit—by delivering consistent content, moderating community interactions, escalating issues promptly, and maintaining a strong brand voice.
- Repackage long-form content into engaging, channel-specific formats such as threads, carousels, text posts, short clips, and lead magnets to maximize audience engagement and reach.
- Enhance content discoverability through question-based targeting, AEO/GEO strategies, and collaboration with web teams on schema markup and internal linking for improved search visibility.
- Analyze social media performance metrics, generate comprehensive reports, and implement targeted optimizations to improve content effectiveness and audience engagement.
- Identify and surface key community questions and insights, then share actionable learnings across paid media, public relations, and sales enablement teams to support cross-functional growth initiatives.
