About The Role We are looking for a talented and execution-oriented Graphic Designer to join Keeper’s design team. This is a 100% remote position with the option for a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative content for social media and communications. You will work on brand campaigns, concepts, and assets that support our marketing and communications efforts. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will play an integral role in bringing creative ideas to life across multiple platforms. Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs for various communications and social media deliverables, including social media graphics, GIFs, animations, videos, presentation decks, research reports, digital ads, blogs, infographics, and website graphics.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform best practices, and the latest design trends.
• Ensure brand consistency and polished expression across all designs and communications.
• Edit and improve existing designs and templates, maintaining consistency in aesthetics across platforms.
• Collaborate with the communications team to support the creative and production process for social media and communications projects.
• Partner with other teams at Keeper to create visual solutions for new product launches, promotions, announcements, and more.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and visually appealing designs for both consumers and IT professionals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong sense of typography and the effective use of brand colors, images, and fonts.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects).
• Experience with motion graphics (GIF creation, reels, short-form content).
• Basic video editing skills, including content creation for platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
• General knowledge of social media platform trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Familiarity with Figma, AI video, and still imagery is a plus.
• Understanding of accessibility best practices.
• Ability to work with a variety of design styles and techniques to bring early-stage ideas to life.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders, team members, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
• A strong portfolio with a focus on social media design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
