What You’ll Do.Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall business and marketing goals.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar that supports campaign initiatives and enhances audience engagement across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Stay informed on evolving social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices to keep strategies fresh and competitive.
- Assist in social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting and ad performance tracking.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to refine strategies.
Content Creation & Publishing
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging, high-quality content—including text, images, videos, and infographics—in collaboration with the creative team.
- Ensure all content reflects brand voice and values while driving audience engagement and platform growth.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
Community Engagement & Relationship Building
- Monitor and respond to community interactions across all platforms, fostering positive and meaningful conversations.
- Actively engage with followers by answering questions, acknowledging feedback, and encouraging discussion.
- Manage and grow relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and digital collaborators to extend brand reach.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance metrics across platforms to evaluate the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
- Generate regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future social strategies.
Who You Are.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to producing high-quality, error-free work.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills; able to effectively juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
- Demonstrated success in a Social Media Coordinator or similar digital marketing role.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, emerging trends, and performance analytics tools.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a clear, engaging, and on-brand voice.
- Proficient in content creation and graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Experience with social media advertising, including audience targeting and campaign optimization, is a strong plus.
