About The Role
The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role within our marketing team, reporting directly to the Associate Director, Marketing. This position offers a unique opportunity for a motivated professional to gain hands-on experience with advanced digital marketing platforms, AI-powered tools, and strategic campaign management. The role involves supporting various digital initiatives, including social media management, website updates, data analysis, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to develop skills in a fast-paced environment. This position is essential in helping our organization enhance its digital presence, optimize marketing efforts, and contribute to the overall success of our client engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, market research database administration, or related fields
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS and HTML coding
- Expertise in social media marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, and social media management tools like Hootsuite
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Sales and Marketing modules
- Strong understanding of database management, email marketing systems, and survey design
- Excellent project management and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Collaborative work style with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support in managing digital marketing systems, ensuring smooth operation of databases and workflows
- Implement AI marketing tools, such as VideoSora and AI Avatars, to support innovative marketing initiatives
- Manage social media outreach strategies, focusing on LinkedIn to engage potential leads and foster relationships
- Assist in scheduling and deploying social media content, email campaigns, and other digital communications in alignment with brand guidelines
- Maintain and update the company website using WordPress, including content modifications and template creation
- Work alongside the Associate Director to ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketing data across platforms
- Perform routine data audits and updates to maintain data quality and relevance
- Compile and present quarterly analytics reports utilizing PowerPoint and Excel for stakeholder review
- Manage ongoing marketing tasks and project deliverables using project management tools to ensure timely completion
- Support SEO initiatives through keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance monitoring
- Develop and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent messaging across digital channels
- Monitor and analyze paid advertising campaigns, including PPC and social media ads, with guidance from senior team members
- Assist in designing and optimizing marketing automation workflows, including email nurturing sequences
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to inform campaign strategies
- Create visual content such as social media graphics, infographics, and videos using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Coordinate webinars and virtual events, including promotion, technical setup, and post-event follow-up
- Participate in CRM data management projects to improve segmentation and customer journey mapping
- Support cross-team collaboration to refine customer personas and enhance targeted marketing efforts
- Utilize PowerPoint and Excel for data presentation, reporting, and analysis to inform strategic decisions
