About The Role We are seeking a talented and versatile Content Writer/Copywriter to join Proximity Works' dynamic brand and communications team. This fully remote role requires working within the EST time zone and involves crafting compelling, on-brand content for a variety of platforms and purposes. You will collaborate closely with the CEO’s office, People Operations, Social Media, Design, and Technology teams to ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include developing engaging social media copy, internal policy documents, blogs, marketing collateral, case studies, pitch decks, and website content. The ideal candidate will possess a keen storytelling ability, excellent command of English, and a flair for creating crisp, concise, and impactful content tailored to different audiences and platforms. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Proximity’s voice and ensuring that every piece of communication reflects the company’s innovative spirit and high standards of quality. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in content writing, copywriting, or related roles
- Portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples and projects
- Exceptional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to engage varied audiences
- Ability to produce clear, concise, and compelling content
- Excellent editing and proofreading skills
- Proficiency with content management systems and social media platforms
- Understanding of brand voice and tone consistency
- Quick learner with an adaptable mindset and high attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with industry best practices and digital content trends
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain high-quality, on-brand content for social media, blogs, websites, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with the CEO’s office to produce large volumes of written content daily, including internal and external communications
- Draft and edit internal policies, HR decks, email templates, and other internal documents in partnership with People Ops
- Develop engaging social media content that aligns with Proximity’s brand voice and strategic objectives
- Write compelling copy for website pages and product descriptions to enhance user engagement
- Work with stakeholders to develop authoritative case studies, pitch decks, and presentations
- Ensure all content is grammatically correct, polished, and error-free
- Assist team members in communicating effectively with clients and partners
- Proofread and edit blog posts and other content for clarity, tone, and accuracy
- Participate actively as a team player, contributing to creative projects and content initiatives
- Adapt content style and tone based on platform, audience, and context
