You Might Be The One If:

  • You see social as more than a channel — it’s a mirror, a testing lab, and a stage.
  • You don’t just chase trends; you make them. You know how to tune a story to frequency — from TikTok to PDP.
  • You’ve worked at (or helped grow) fast-moving, culturally fluent DTC brands.
  • You’re equally comfortable managing a shoot and writing the caption that brings it to life.
  • You’ve touched landing pages, paid ads, brand campaigns, influencer briefs, and organic storytelling — and know how to tie them together with one clear creative soul.
  • You’re comfortable starting as a team of one, collaborating cross-functionally as you help build and grow the team.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and lead creative across organic social, paid ads, landing pages, influencer content, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Translate strategy into creative output — turning briefs, insights, and product moments into scroll-stopping work.
  • Manage freelancers and creators — from designers to editors — ensuring quality and alignment.
  • Create systems (templates, shoot guidelines, content frameworks) that help us scale quality.
  • Track performance and apply learnings to make content more effective.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Growth, Sales, Operations, and CX partners.

What We’re Expecting

  • 4–7 years in brand or creative marketing — ideally in social-first DTC or brand-agency hybrids.
  • Experience launching products, shaping brands, and building internal creative processes that enable scale.
  • Fluent in Figma, Notion, Adobe, Canva, and GDocs — not just as tools, but canvases — with openness to using AI when it adds speed and clarity.
  • A sharp eye for design, voice, and cultural nuance.
  • Ability to build briefs and coach contributors — you elevate teams, not just assets.
  • Strong writing skills and strategic thinking instincts.
  • A love for creative tension: brand vs. growth, clarity vs. curiosity, art vs. ops.
