Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience running paid ads on Facebook/Instagram/Twitter.
• Creative eye for ad visuals, copy, and hooks.
• Understanding of A/B testing, retargeting, and audience building.

• Good communication, proactive attitude.
• Fluent English (written + spoken).

Responsibilities

• Launch and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.
• Develop creative briefs and guide content creation.
• Test audiences, creatives, and offers to find top performers.
• Monitor daily performance, adjust budgets and bids for best ROAS.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Keep up with social ad trends and platform updates.
