Role Description:
Role Overview
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and resourceful Growth & Community Manager to lead the charge in growing our user base, marketing our digital templates, and nurturing an engaged community of changemakers. This hybrid role blends digital marketing, content strategy, product marketing, and community engagement to drive awareness, conversions, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Template Marketing & Digital Product Growth Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our digital templates and tools.
Identify new distribution channels and marketplaces
Create engaging content (videos, carousels, walkthroughs) to showcase template use cases.
Collaborate on optimizing sales pages, product listings, and email funnels.
Monitor performance analytics and suggest conversion-boosting strategies.
- Community Building & Engagement Build and manage a dynamic community of learners, creators, and changemakers.
Plan and host monthly challenges, live demos, or mini-workshops.
Encourage peer-to-peer learning and user-generated content.
Spotlight success stories and feature members to foster a sense of belonging.
- Growth Strategy & Partnerships Design and manage referral and affiliate programs.
Identify and reach out to aligned influencers, creators, and collaborators.
Build funnels to attract new users and turn them into active community members.
Track growth metrics and iterate based on community and campaign feedback.
- Content & Campaign Execution Collaborate on brand storytelling and visual content (especially for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest).
Write and schedule newsletters, social posts, and onboarding emails.
Work closely with our design and product team to align visuals with messaging.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or community building.
- Love creating content that converts and inspires.
- Are familiar with tools like Canva, Notion, ConvertKit, Mailchimp, Meta Ads, or similar.
- Thrive in a mission-driven, creative environment and are excited by purpose-led business models.
- Are proactive, adaptable, and great at managing timelines.
Bonus (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience working with or building template-based products.
- Familiarity with the creator economy, social entrepreneurship, or sustainability.
- Experience growing online communities (e.g., Discord, WhatsApp, Circle, or forums).
