Marketing Executive

Remote-first/Full-time or Part-time/UK-based preferred

We’re looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing team - someone who’s sharp, curious, and ready to take the lead on day-to-day marketing execution across multiple clients.

You’ll be one of the first hires in the team, which means plenty of ownership, exposure to brilliant clients, and real potential to grow with us as Waye scales.

The role

You’ll be working directly with our founder, supporting and delivering marketing work for our clients. These are agencies and SaaS companies at the top of their game,- and they come to us for strategy, standout content, and campaigns that actually move the needle. You musthave the legal right to work in the UK.

Your week might include:

• Researching and drafting content ideas, headlines, and outlines
• Helping plan newsletters, case studies, landing pages, or tools
• Managing content calendars and keeping everything on track
• Collaborating with writers and designers to bring ideas to life
• Sitting in on client calls and turning discussions into actions
• Using AI tools (like ChatGPT, Notion AI, and more) to speed things up, test ideas, and build smarter

We’ll show you how we use AI to push productivity, but you’ll also have the space to tinker and experiment with your own workflows and ideas. We want someone who’s excited to explore what’s possible, not just tick boxes.

About you

This role will suit someone in the early stages of their marketing career. You don’t need to know everything yet, but you do need to be switched-on, self-starting, and up for the challenge.

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Have a good sense for what makes content engaging and effective
• Can write clearly and think strategically (even if you're still refining your skills)
• Understand the world of B2B, agencies, or SaaS, -or are keen to learn fast
• Are proactive and comfortable managing your own workload
• Are curious about AI and not afraid to try new tools and approaches
• Want to work directly with smart, ambitious clients and have a real impact

• Package: £32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience, plus attractive benefits
