Remote | London, Surrey or Sussex £42,000 base | Effective Day One circa £46,000 | OTE £60,000+ Immediate Start

A bit about us

Wavegen Marketing is a TikTok Shop agency built by people who genuinely love eCommerce. We work with some brilliant brands, including a growing number of influencer-owned businesses, and we help them build real, sustainable revenue through TikTok Shop.

We are a small team right now, which means the people who join us early get to be part of shaping how we grow. This is a role with real ownership, real variety, and real earning potential.

The role

We are looking for a TikTok Shop Account and Growth Manager to take full ownership of a portfolio of 5 to 10 client accounts, managed alongside our Affiliate manager and your own virtual assistant. 

You will be the person clients rely on. You will know their accounts inside out, understand what is working and what is not, and have the creative and commercial thinking to keep pushing performance forward.

To set you up properly, you will have two key people supporting you. A dedicated VA to help manage workload and keep things running smoothly day to day, and a specialist Affiliate Manager who takes full ownership of creator relationships and groups, so you can stay focused on account strategy and growth.

This is not a task-ticking role. We want someone who thinks like a business owner when it comes to the accounts they manage.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

  • GMV Max Campaign Management - running, optimising and scaling paid campaigns through TikTok Shop Seller Centre to drive profitable growth
  • Account P&L Ownership - ensuring accounts are growing in GMV while remaining profitable for clients
  • Live Stream Strategy and Analysis - building live strategies, managing streamers, and reviewing performance to improve every session
  • Main Page Content Strategy - working with creators to plan short-form content that actually converts
  • Affiliate Strategy - working alongside our dedicated Affiliate Manager to shape creator strategy and drive consistent volume across your accounts
  • Product and Listing Management - adding products, optimising listings, and keeping accounts sharp in Seller Centre
  • Campaign and Promotional Setup - registering campaigns and managing TikTok Shop promotions and tentpole moments
  • Client Relationship Management - being the trusted point of contact for brand owners and building genuine long-term relationships

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are probably coming from one of these backgrounds:

  • You have managed TikTok Shop accounts at an agency and know the platform well
  • You are an ex-TikTok employee with strong platform knowledge
  • You have scaled a TikTok Shop brand yourself and understand what actually drives results

Beyond experience, we are looking for someone who is:

  • Results focused. You care about GMV, not just activity.
  • Creative. You can identify a viral angle, a strong hook, or a campaign idea that others might miss.
  • Commercially aware. You understand margins, client expectations, and what good performance looks like.
  • A strong communicator. You are straight with clients and build trust through honesty.
  • Based in or near London (Surrey or Sussex) with willingness to travel for TikTok events and client meetings.
  • Happy to work independently and take ownership from day one.

Please note that hands-on TikTok Shop experience is essential for this role.

THE EARNING OPPORTUNITY

  • Base Salary: £42,000
  • Effective Day One Earnings: circa £46,000
  • OTE: £60,000 plus (uncapped)

When you join, you will take on an existing client portfolio that is already live and generating revenue. That means your performance bonus starts from day one, adding approximately £4,000 on top of your base straight away.

Your ongoing bonus is 1% of total client payout value across all accounts you manage. As your accounts grow, so does your income.
