As we scale, we’re looking for a proactive and creative Community Manager to build, engage, and nurture our growing community of users, advocates, and partners across various platforms.

About the Role

You will be the owner of our community-building efforts — responsible for creating a thriving ecosystem where Warmy.io users and partners engage, learn, and share.

This is a hands-on role where you'll manage community spaces, drive engagement, and create opportunities for conversations around our product and brand.

You will:

  • Foster meaningful relationships with our community members.
  • Manage and grow our presence across channels like WhatsApp, Slack, and Facebook Groups.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing, discussions, and feedback loops between our users and internal teams.
  • Organize community-driven initiatives, online events, and content.
  • Turn community insights into actionable recommendations for marketing, product, and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and grow Warmy.io’s community across key platforms (WhatsApp, Slack, Facebook Groups)
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement, retention, and value within the community
  • Create content, discussions, and events that foster a sense of belonging and drive conversation
  • Act as the voice of the community internally — sharing insights, pain points, and feedback with relevant teams
  • Identify and nurture community advocates, ambassadors, and influencers
  • Collaborate with marketing to align community initiatives with product launches, campaigns, and business goals
  • Own key community metrics and KPIs; report on community health and growth regularly

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or a related field (preferably for B2B SaaS)
  • Proven ability to grow and engage online communities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working with automation tools and community platforms
  • Ability to independently manage and prioritize multiple projects
  • Data-driven mindset — track, analyze, and report community metrics to inform strategy
  • Passion for helping others, building connections, and creating value through community
  • Advantage: Prior experience building communities for B2B SaaS products
