We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager EMEA to lead the regional marketing strategy across a diverse portfolio of internationally recognized beauty brands. Reporting to senior international leadership, this role will drive brand growth, consumer engagement, innovation launches, and commercial excellence across the EMEA region.
The successful candidate will work closely with Sales, Commercial, Product Development, Digital, and Global Marketing teams to develop winning strategies that strengthen brand positioning and accelerate business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the EMEA marketing strategy across multiple brands and categories.
- Develop annual marketing plans aligned with commercial objectives and business priorities.
- Lead product launches and innovation roadmaps across the region.
- Drive brand positioning, consumer insights, and go-to-market strategies.
- Partner closely with Sales and Key Account teams to maximize retail execution and category performance.
- Manage regional marketing budgets and optimize return on investment.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing international marketing team.
- Collaborate with Global teams to adapt international strategies to local market needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; an MBA is considered a plus.
- Extensive marketing leadership experience within the Beauty, industry.
- Proven experience managing multi-country or regional marketing organizations across EMEA.
- Strong expertise in brand management, innovation, category management, and consumer marketing.
- Excellent commercial mindset with the ability to translate strategy into business results.
- Fluent English is essential; additional European languages are an advantage.
Location: remote working (Europe based).
Total salary package ranging from €110.000 to €130.000.
