We are looking for someone who takes their craft seriously. We are not just running ads; we are obsessing over the mechanics of growth. We need a team member who wants to push standards, execute at a high level, and learn how to scale Shopify stores across all areas of business, not just inside the ad account. 

The Role 

We are searching for a highly skilled, technical Google Ads Account Manager to take charge of campaigns for our Shopify clients. This is a role for a rising star who views media buying as a professional craft and is ready to step up. You will be a strategic partner for our clients, taking heavy ownership of campaign execution, feed health, and day-to-day communication, while using our agency's proven blueprints to scale your skills. 

Key Responsibilities 

Campaign Execution & Scaling: Build, manage, and scale Google Ad campaigns (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube) with a strict focus on profitability and New Customer Acquisition (nCA). 

Client Strategy & Communication: You will own the day-to-day client relationship. You must be comfortable leading calls with US-based brand owners, explaining complex data, and defending your strategic decisions with confidence. 

Master the Feed (Merchant Center): You are responsible for the technical health of the account. You must have strong experience managing Google Merchant Center to resolve disapprovals, build custom labels, and ensure flawless data flow from Shopify. 

Data & Tracking: Maintain and troubleshoot backend tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager. 

Build the Blueprint: We want you to help us drive standards. You will actively work with the founders to refine SOPs, improve reporting frameworks, and establish best practices. 

Holistic Scaling: Look beyond the clicks. You should actively analyze how landing pages, offers, and inventory logistics impact the ad account's profitability. 

Requirements

E-commerce DNA: 2+ years of hands-on, proven experience managing Google Ads specifically for e-commerce brands (Shopify preferred). 

High-Level Communication: You must be capable of holding high-level business conversations with US clients and translating data into actionable business insights.

Technical Rigor: You must understand the "plumbing" of e-commerce—feeds, GTM, and conversion tracking. We need someone who is comfortable in the technical weeds of Merchant Center. 

Systems Mindset: You are proactive. You don't just follow instructions; you look for ways to improve workflows and build better systems for the team. 

Growth Mindset: You are eager to understand the entire business of e-commerce (operations, finance, creative), not just media buying.
