About the Role

We are looking for a Creative Strategist to join the Vue team and take ownership of developing high-performing advertising creatives across our marketing channels. This role focuses on bridging creative direction with performance data, ensuring that every ad concept, message, and iteration is built to drive measurable business results.

You will work closely with editors, media buyers, and the broader marketing team to develop, test, and optimize ad creatives across paid social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other acquisition channels. From ideation and briefing to analysis and scaling, you will play a key role in shaping the creative strategy behind Vue’s growth.

This role combines creative thinking with analytical decision-making, requiring someone who can both generate strong ideas and continuously improve them based on performance insights, testing, and iteration.

Some of your responsibilities will include

  • Own the creative strategy process end-to-end, including ideation, briefing, testing, iteration, and scaling of paid social creatives
  • Develop clear, structured, and actionable creative briefs for editors and ensure alignment throughout the production workflow
  • Analyze creative performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate, retention, and conversion rate to identify winning patterns and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with editors, media buyers, and stakeholders to align creative direction with acquisition and performance goals
  • Proactively identify creative trends, testing opportunities, and new concepts before performance declines
  • Review and provide structured, constructive feedback on ad creatives, edits, hooks, scripts, messaging, and visual direction
  • Support the development of testing frameworks and creative experimentation strategies across multiple platforms and audiences
  • Maintain documentation of creative learnings, best-performing angles, testing insights, and best practices for ongoing optimization
  • Ensure consistency across brand messaging, positioning, creative quality, and overall performance strategy
  • Support broader marketing initiatives and assist with other creative and marketing-related tasks when required

It's beneficial if you have some or all of the following skill sets

  • Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Creative Producer, or similar role within performance marketing or ecommerce brands
  • Strong understanding of paid social advertising and what makes creatives perform on platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret creative performance data and turn insights into actionable improvements
  • Experience working within structured creative production and editing workflows
  • Strong understanding of hooks, messaging, storytelling, positioning, and retention-focused advertising
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance goals and business objectives
  • Comfortable giving clear, precise, and constructive feedback to editors and creative teams
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and creative experimentation frameworks
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, tests, and creative initiatives simultaneously
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability over creative performance
  • Clear communicator who collaborates effectively with marketing, creative, and external stakeholders
  • Basic understanding of ecommerce, direct response marketing, customer psychology, and scaling winning creatives in performance-driven environments
