About the Company

VOQQAL is a mission-driven coaching company that helps international students and recent graduates land jobs in the UK at companies that can sponsor them. Our flagship programme is a practical, step-by-step system that takes clients from struggling with applications and getting ghosted to landing job offers, on average within 10 weeks.

We come from the recruitment industry. We've sat on the other side of the hiring table and built our method around how hiring actually works in the UK. We've helped hundreds of internationals land interviews and roles at companies like AlphaSights, Barclays, PWC, Citibank, and Bain & Company. The company operates under the belief that talented people fail to get hired not because they lack ability, but because they don't know how to position themselves. We fix that.

The Role

This is an established offer with qualified leads and a solid support team in place. As a Closer, your role will be to speak with warm leads who have been nurtured through paid ads, a VSL, and setter outreach. The sales process is consultative and value-driven, conducted in a one-call close format. The business has an existing setter team, and the founders are highly involved in maintaining a strong mission-centred culture.

  • Achieve a minimum 25% closing ratio. Current average close rate is 30% and show rate is 75%.
  • Take 4-6 inbound calls per day, approximately 100-120 per month.
  • Qualify potential clients by understanding their challenges, visa situation, career goals, and readiness to commit.
  • Explain the path to success for them based on their situation 
  • Follow up with leads who don't close on the first call using a structured follow-up process.
  • Be available to communicate daily through Slack, attend daily huddles, provide end-of-day reports, and keep CRM (GoHighLevel) updated.

Value of the Offer

£1,500 (approximately $2,000 USD)

Compensation

This is a fully commission-based role. Commission is 12.5% per closed sale.

That works out to $250-$285 per sale depending on the client's payment method, as longer payment plans have a slightly higher total value.

On-target earnings after ramp-up: $5,000-7,000+ per month based on 4-6 calls per day at a 25-30% close rate, with potential to earn more. No cap on earnings.

We're Looking For Candidates Who

  • Have minimum 1 year of experience in high-ticket closing with a proven track record of success.
  • Are fluent in English and can confidently conduct consultative sales calls with international prospects from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Are passionate about education, career development, and helping people change their circumstances.
  • Can connect emotionally with mission-driven leads, many of whom are stressed, running out of visa time, and have been struggling alone for months.
  • Are confident on Google Meet, have a clean and professional background, and maintain a strong remote work setup.
  • Are organised, self-motivated, and comfortable managing a consistent pipeline of warm leads.
  • Are coachable and willing to learn a proven sales system before making it their own.
  • Show up on time, every time. No ghosting, no excuses.
