Your Mission

Own the design, implementation, and optimization of our clients’ RevOps and Go-To-Market strategy. You’ll partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS leaders to align goals, maximize revenue, and deliver a seamless customer experience—using HubSpot as the backbone.

What You’ll Do

  • Design HubSpot architecture (objects, properties, associations, naming, permissions) for scalable data models.
  • Build GTM funnels from prospecting to closed-won and post-sale handoff; codify playbooks and SLAs.
  • Operationalize teams: workflows, sequences, tasking, handoffs, and approval flows across hubs.
  • Own reporting: define KPIs, build executive dashboards (forecast, pipeline health, cohort, velocity).
  • Quote-to-cash: pipelines, quotes/templates, products, discounts, approvals; support CPQ needs.
  • Integrations & data: scope and oversee integrations (ERPs, BI, product data); guide Devs to execute.
  • Enablement: train users and admins; document best practices to drive adoption and change management.
  • Quality & governance: lifecycle stages, data hygiene, dedupe strategy, audit logs, and permissions.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years delivering complex HubSpot projects (strong in Sales Hub and Service Hub; solid Marketing Hub/Ops Hub).
  • Prior experience in consulting or agency environments.
  • Strong grasp of B2B processes (ICP, lead lifecycle, MQL/SQL definitions, pipeline stages, renewals/expansion).
  • Solid experience creating no-code or low-code integrations (e.g., Zapier, Make, etc).
  • Confident communicator with C-level stakeholders; able to lead projects end-to-end.
  • Fluent English (C1) for client calls and documentation.

  • Experience with Slack/ClickUp reporting, CPQ/approvals, and HubSpot CMS/HubL.
  • Spanish language
