A high-growth Amazon consultancy is looking for a Senior Amazon Growth Consultant who truly understands the Amazon FBA ecosystem. Built by successful Amazon operators who’ve scaled and exited multiple 8-figure brands, this team now helps other sellers do the same—through a strategic, hands-on consulting model.

You will lead strategy, uncover growth opportunities, and empower clients to execute using proven frameworks and resources.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead weekly strategy calls with ambitious Amazon brands.
  • Tackle high-impact Amazon challenges—from PPC to catalog recovery to full-scale growth planning.
  • Provide clear, actionable direction and keep clients accountable.
  • Support clients via Slack and email, ensuring smooth execution between calls.
  • Continuously refine internal systems for greater impact and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with high-performing colleagues who care about doing great work.

What You Bring

  • 3+ Years of Hands-On Amazon FBA Experience, including strategic ownership of Private Label brands generating £8M+ in annual revenue.
  • Expert-Level Amazon PPC Skills: Proven track record managing ad budgets of £40K+/mo.
  • Ranking Strategy Mastery: Confident leading product launches and organic ranking efforts.
  • Advanced Catalog Troubleshooting: Able to resolve complex Seller Central issues fast.
  • Operational Insight: Strong grasp of profitability levers—COGs, fees, inventory flow, and P&L management.
  • Excellent Communicator & Strategist: Comfortable owning client relationships and delivering high-level strategy.
  • Self-Starter with High Standards: You move quickly, work independently, and take pride in over-delivering.
  • Fluent in English and ready to join a team where performance is rewarded.
