About Role
We are seeking an individual with experience in marketing automation and a passion for building on this expertise, as well as a keen interest in the consultancy space. This role will involve assisting our clients and supporting our internal business with marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work alongside the digital marketing team.

Consultancy based tasks:
- Plan, build and deploy marketing EDMs and email nurture programs
- Build digital assets like web forms and landing pages, either yourself or project-managing internal resources
- Work with clients to build out their marketing automation software
- Run training and enablement sessions (with supporting tools) to build customer capability
- Support clients with campaign strategy including delivery, reporting, attribution, and content
- Proposing solutions and identifying areas for ongoing work
- Documentation and process mapping
- Use CRM data to create powerful campaigns across search, display, and social media at scale with Advertising Studio
*Internal marketing tasks:
- Plan, build, and deploy EDMs and email nurture programs
- Plan, write, and publish content on our website
- Identify opportunities for lead-generation exercises
- Work together to improve marketing processes as a whole
With the right attitude, anything is possible. We are looking for candidates who have/are:
- Experience using marketing automation software, including Magento, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Active Campaign etc.
- Account Engagement (Pardot) and/or Marketing Cloud is highly advantageous, as is Salesforce CRM experience
- Experience in email marketing
- SEM and SMM (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) are desirable
- Highly organised
- Tech-savvy and have a passion for all things tech
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Have a solutions-focused can-do attitude
- An Australian citizen, permanent resident, New Zealand citizen, or someone holding a valid visa with permission to work.
- Based in Australia. Melbourne or Sydney location preferred but would consider elsewhere for the right person.
