What You Will Be DoingContent & Messaging
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Vertech’s Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer journeys to tailor messaging for awareness, consideration, and decision stages.
- Write, edit, and manage content across multiple channels including blogs, case studies, white papers, press releases, newsletters, promotional materials, sales collateral, etc.
- Partner with subject matter experts to translate engineering and technical concepts into engaging, customer-focused stories.
- Maintain brand tone and consistency across all written materials, internal and external.
- Build a content strategy that supports campaign objectives, sales enablement, and overall brand positioning.
Campaigns & Email Marketing
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan the conversion strategy for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Write nurture and drip email sequences, promotional emails, and newsletters designed to move prospects through the funnel.
- Create compelling copy for paid ads, landing pages, and lead magnets.
Social Media & Public Relations
- Manage and grow Vertech’s presence on LinkedIn through consistent, brand-aligned messaging.
- Write social content that amplifies campaigns, showcases company culture, and engages industry audiences.
- Draft press releases and coordinate with industry partners on co-marketing efforts.
Website & SEO
- Write and optimize website copy to align with SEO best practices and ICP intent.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create new pages, resources, and content hubs that support lead generation.
- Maintain content accuracy and messaging cohesion across all digital touchpoints.
Internal Communications
- Assist with writing internal communications such as announcements and event promotions.
- Support the creation of training materials, recruiting materials, and internal campaigns to promote company culture and alignment.
Event Marketing
- Develop messaging for promotional materials and presentation content to be used at trade shows, webinars, and other live or digital events.
- Develop campaign messaging to promote events and boost awareness.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing communications or content marketing (industrial, manufacturing, or technology industry highly preferred).
- Proven experience developing content aligned to ICPs and buyer journeys.
- Demonstrated skill in writing for email nurture/drip campaigns, white papers, and other lead-generation content.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for tone, structure, and clarity.
- Strong understanding of how content supports marketing funnels and drives conversions.
- Experience managing content in platforms such as HubSpot or similar CMS.
- Ability to create/edit your own graphics for social media posts using brand templates with design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Portfolio of written work required (please include 3–5 samples that showcase range and depth of storytelling, technical clarity, and campaign messaging).
