Summary: The Marketing Events Specialist will be instrumental in driving lead generation and expanding brand reach through the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of virtual and in-person events, with a primary focus on the HR at the Table® webinar series. This individual will own the end-to-end event strategy, from speaker engagement and content development to promotion and performance analysis, ensuring events contribute directly to our growth objectives. How our Marketing Events Specialist spends their time:
- Coordinating event promotions (webinars, trade shows, conferences) to meet marketing and sales goals;
- Developing and managing the HR at the Table® webinar series, including speaker recruitment and promotion;
- Strategically identify, engage, and manage relationships with external speakers for webinars and events;
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Partnerships, Sales) on event content and messaging;
- Build and manage event-specific automations, segmentation lists, and campaigns within Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (f.k.a Pardot);
- Email automation, including building email engagement trees, email templates, and sending emails;
- Monitor and analyze performance of event efforts across channels, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and increased ROI;
- Assisting with integrated marketing campaigns;
- Develop, write, and edit marketing materials such as email campaigns, social media content, blog posts, etc;
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Able to quickly learn new software and use systems accurately;
- You work well independently but understand the importance of teamwork
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field preferred;
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination or a similar role;
- Zoom Webinars experience preferred;
- Professional writing and editorial experience preferred;
- Professional design experience preferred;
- Pardot or email automation experience preferred
