Ventura Travel is hiring a Travel Brand Development Coordinator to coordinate audience-focused marketing work from brief through approved execution and reporting. This is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates in the United States.
Company context: Global network that creates, launches, and supports specialized travel brands built around authentic and responsible journeys. The work touches travel-brand plans, product and departure records, supplier and partner information, booking workflows, and responsible-travel documentation. In practical terms, the role should make supporting specialized travel brands easier to coordinate, verify, and follow through without losing the source or current status. The work supports a network of specialized travel brands; it should not be treated as a conventional single-agency booking desk, and responsible-travel language must remain factual rather than promotional guarantee.
What You'll Do
- Turn an approved objective into a clear task plan covering audience, message, channel, asset, owner, and deadline.
- Coordinate copy, creative, links, lists, landing information, and approvals before scheduled publication or launch.
- Maintain campaign calendars, version histories, UTM or tracking details, and records of what actually went live.
- Monitor agreed performance indicators and summarize results without presenting correlation as proven causation.
- Capture feedback, open questions, and lessons that should inform the next campaign or content cycle.
In this Travel Brand Development Coordinator role, success means campaign work launches with approved assets and accurate details, deadlines remain visible, reporting is traceable, and learnings improve the next execution cycle. Work should be accurate enough to review, documented enough to continue, and timely enough that avoidable delay is visible before it becomes a customer or operating problem.
What You Bring
- Strong marketing coordination, copy review, calendar, and digital-tool skills.
- Attention to brand voice, audience, links, approvals, and version control.
- Comfort reading basic performance data and documenting limits honestly.
- Clear collaboration with content, creative, client, and operational stakeholders.
Full-time. Associate level. 100% remote within the United States. Base compensation: $42,000-$62,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The role uses approved digital systems, email, phone, shared documents, and remote collaboration tools; reliable internet access and secure handling of company or customer information are required.
