Marketing Manager - Equity-Only (Early-Stage AI Startup)

We’re currently in our early funding phase and are building a powerhouse founding team that shares our vision for revolutionizing business communication through AI.

The Role:

We’re looking for a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join Vela Agent on an equity-only basis during this early-stage phase. This is an opportunity to shape the brand, drive user acquisition, and build marketing systems from the ground up.

You’ll work closely with the Founders & Product Lead to execute campaigns across key channels and build the voice of Vela Agent in the market.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and execute PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn Ads
• Lead email marketing initiatives including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking
• Manage social media marketing (organic + paid), including posts, reels, and shorts for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• Create and manage a content calendar to consistently deliver high-value, engaging material
• Write copy, create visuals (or direct production), and manage growth analytics
• Shape the brand identity and tone of voice alongside the founders

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in performance marketing (PPC, social media ads, email marketing)
• Strong content creation skills (you can write, edit, and ideally design or direct assets for social)
• A hands-on, startup mindset with the ability to work independently
• Experience scaling early-stage products and/or working in SaaS or AI industries (bonus)
• UK-based is a plus, but remote within similar time zones is acceptable

Compensation:
