Overview:
We’re a fast-scaling home service business growing through rapid acquisitions. We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives on data, process, and performance. You’ll be the analytical engine behind our marketing operations, owning reporting, managing agencies, and ensuring every campaign dollar produces measurable ROI.
This isn’t a “set it and forget it” role. You’ll live in dashboards, evaluate performance daily, and constantly look for new channels that drive leads, Nextdoor, Yelp, local media, whatever’s next. You’ll coordinate across SEO, Web, and Paid teams to ensure everything works together seamlessly.

What You’ll Do:Campaign Management
- Oversee Facebook Ads and Google Ads performance with our agency partners.
- Manage paid media campaigns for new acquisitions for 90 days post-close.
- Evaluate and test new lead channels: Nextdoor, Yelp, programmatic local, etc.
- Optimize budgets and allocate spend toward top-performing channels.
Analytics & Reporting
- Own GA4 and Looker Studio reporting for all brands.
- Audit conversion tracking, CAPI, and GTM setups across sites.
- Translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
Cross-Team Coordination
- Collaborate with SEO, Web, and Social teams to align creative, targeting, and tracking.
- Support paid media strategy with data and insights.
- Ensure campaigns reflect accurate local market coverage and offers.
Continuous Optimization
- Monitor landing page performance and partner with the Web Manager on CRO tests.
- Identify wasted spend, missed tracking, and new targeting opportunities.
- Push for constant improvement in efficiency and quality of leads.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience
- Expert understanding of paid search and paid social fundamentals
- Expert in GA4, performance metrics and data visualization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
- Deep expertise in CAPI, GTM, and conversion tracking implementation and QA.
- Excellent communicator who can translate performance data into strategy
