We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Content and Brand Marketing Manager to lead all content and brand awareness initiatives at Utila. As the in-house content and brand expert, you will be at the driver seat of our content strategy, brand development, and execution. This is a senior individual contributor role with significant growth potential, reporting to our Director of Marketing. You will own the end-to-end content pipeline while simultaneously building and strengthening our brand presence across all channels. This includes developing compelling content across various formats and establishing consistent brand messaging that drives awareness, engagement, and demand generation. This role is perfect for a creative storyteller and brand builder with strong marketing acumen, exceptional writing skills, deep understanding of SEO, brand development experience, and a passion for simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse target audiences. Responsibilities: Content Marketing:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with Utila’s business objectives and marketing goals.
  • Create high-quality, compelling content across various formats (blog articles, case studies, web copy, social media posts, email campaigns, newsletters, sales enablement collaterals, etc.).
  • Own the end-to-end content lifecycle right from strategy, ideation, creation to distribution, performance analysis and roadmap
  • Consistently deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines and manage a high volume of output.
  • Translate complex technical concepts related to MPC wallets, stablecoins, payments, and institutional digital assets into clear and concise messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Optimize all content for discoverability (SEO & AISO) to maximize organic visibility and web traffic. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis and SEO content audits.
  • Create and manage engaging content for Utila’s social media, grow our presence, maintain consistent posting schedules and interact with the community.
  • Manage content calendars and editorial workflows to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance by tracking key metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven adjustments.
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Brand Marketing:

  • Lead brand initiatives that differentiate Utila and execute top-of-the-funnel brand awareness campaigns to increase visibility and credibility in the market.
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives (e.g., hosting podcasts & webinars, publishing guest articles, industry reports & white papers etc.) to build reputation.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all platforms. Monitor brand perception through feedback, social listening, and competitive analysis.
  • Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) to ensure content and brand alignment and campaign success.

Requirements: Must Have:

  • 5+ years of work experience in content marketing, content writing or a related role.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling chops with strong portfolio showcasing diverse content formats in B2B SaaS – especially in crypto, fintech, cybersecurity or related domains.
  • Proven experience in brand development including brand messaging, voice development, and TOFU brand awareness campaigns.
  • Experience managing company social accounts and running B2B LinkedIn content calendars that builds brand presence.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword strategy, on-page optimization and SEO tools.
  • Strong content marketing fundamentals — content distribution, audience building, and analytics.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics into clear, accessible and engaging content.
  • Ability to produce high-quality content at a fast pace while maintaining consistency.
  • High ownership, organized, fast execution, and startup scrappiness.
  • Great attention to detail, grammar, voice, and tone.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in crypto, fintech, or developer tools.
  • Experience building a brand’s presence from the ground up, particularly B2B environments.
  • Familiarity with CMS (WordPress), SEO tools (Ahrefs /SEMrush), and analytics (GA4).
  • Experience with brand campaigns and thought leadership initiatives (hosting podcasts & webinars, publishing guest articles & industry reports etc.).
  • Experience working in an agile remote environment with fast-moving teams.
