Upkick Digital is a Brisbane-based digital marketing agency specialising in high-converting landing pages and conversion rate optimisation (CRO) for ecommerce and service businesses. We help brands grow revenue through performance-driven digital strategy and web experience.

Compensation Structure

• First 30 days: Commission-only — $200 per qualified booking
• After 30 days: High performers progress to a base retainer + commission structure
• Performance benchmark for progression: 20 qualified bookings in month one with a 70%+ show rate

Key Responsibilities

• Send 30+ outbound DMs daily (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Make 70-100 cold and warm calls to prospects
• Manage inbound enquiries via the sales inbox
• Qualify leads using our checklist
• Schedule calls directly into the team calendar
• Send confirmations and follow-ups to minimise no-shows
• Track daily activity and results in the CRM

Requirements

• Must be based in Australia (remote role)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Confident with outbound calling and initiating new conversations
• Comfortable with volume-based outreach and rejection
• Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
• Experience in sales or appointment setting preferred but not essential
