We are looking for a Head of Digital (Technical) who will oversee ZeroBounce’s entire digital ecosystem - leading SEO (onsite and offsite), social media, affiliate marketing, content strategy, influencer partnerships, and email marketing efforts. This person will ensure consistency, performance, and scalability across all digital channels, driving measurable business growth.
The ideal candidate is a technical digital marketer with strong knowledge of HTML/CSS, SEO mechanics, analytics, and automation tools, and a track record of executing data-driven digital strategies. Experience managing PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is a significant advantage.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with ZeroBounce’s growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a multidisciplinary digital team - including SEO specialists, email marketers, social media managers, affiliate managers, and copywriters.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Development teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and algorithm updates, ensuring ZeroBounce remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
Technical & SEO
- Oversee and optimize onsite and offsite SEO efforts, ensuring strong technical foundations (site architecture, page speed, structured data, etc.).
- Work with Head of Web to implement and manage A/B testing, CRO, and technical audits to improve organic performance.
- Use HTML/CSS knowledge to guide web department and ensure digital assets are SEO-friendly and high-performing.
- Manage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, etc.) and ensure accurate performance tracking.
Content, Email & Social
- Guide content creation across web, blog, and email - ensuring consistency in tone, accuracy, and SEO value.
- Drive ZeroBounce’s email marketing strategy, including automation, segmentation, and deliverability best practices.
- Oversee social media growth across channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) and leverage partnerships and influencer collaborations for brand amplification.
Affiliates & Partnerships
- Manage and grow affiliate and partner marketing programs.
- Identify and onboard new affiliates, partners, and influencers aligned with ZeroBounce’s brand and goals.
- Optimize partner performance through incentives, tracking, and performance analysis.
PPC & Paid Media (Plus)
- Oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) where applicable.
- Collaborate with internal or external media buyers to maximize ROI and optimize spend across channels.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 in a leadership role.
- Proven hands-on expertise in SEO, email marketing, and affiliate management.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, analytics, and web technologies.
- Experience with marketing automation, tracking, and analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
- Deep understanding of digital performance metrics (CTR, CAC, CLV, ROI, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) - strong plus.
- Background in SaaS, Martech, or B2B environments preferred.
