Role Overview:

We're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to lead our paid ads, influencer campaigns, and viral growth loops. You'll manage Google and Meta ads, build creator partnerships, and work closely with our product team to drive user acquisition and freemium-to-paid conversion. This is a high-impact role with full ownership of our growth engine.

Responsibilities:

• Email marketing campaigns to engage users and boost conversion
• Optimize our website and blog content for SEO to drive organic growth
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
• Set up scalable influencer marketing strategies for AI, dev, and ML audiences (YouTube, LinkedIn, X)
• Execute A/B tests on landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging
• Drive user acquisition, activation, and freemium-to-paid conversion
• Analyze performance, report key metrics, and iterate fast
• Support GTM strategy alongside product & sales teams

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth hacking
• Proven track record running and optimizing Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Experience working with influencers or creators in tech/AI/dev niches
• Strong analytical mindset — experience with tools like GA4, Meta Business Suite, or similar
• Knowledge of viral loops, referral systems, and product-led growth tactics
• Experience marketing SaaS or DevTools
• Understanding of the AI/ML or developer ecosystem
• Experience with no-code tools (Zapier, Webflow, Typeform, etc.)
• Bonus: You've run campaigns for early-stage startups and delivered results under budget constraints
