Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Growth Marketer working remotely.
At Ummah, growth is not simply marketing. It is the art of building momentum around an idea that matters.
We are looking for someone who does not see audiences as numbers, but as a community forming around a shared purpose. Someone who understands that great movements are not manufactured through advertising, but ignited through belief, storytelling, and intelligent strategy.
The Growth Marketer will help shape how Ummah reaches the world. They will design bold and imaginative growth strategies that expand awareness, attract the right partners and clients, and nurture a community that feels connected to something larger than a platform.
This role requires someone who can combine creativity with analytical precision. You will craft digital campaigns that travel organically, build narratives that resonate across cultures, and develop systems that turn curiosity into engagement and engagement into long-term participation.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking techniques
- Strong ability to analyse and interpret Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to inform strategy
- Experience in designing and executing effective Brand Awareness and Lead Generation campaigns
- Capable of working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve growth objectives
- Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills
- Knowledge of financial or payments infrastructure is an advantage
- Relevant Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Preferred)
