Position Description
The Demand Generation Manager will be responsible for building and owning our growth strategy from the ground up, driving awareness and customer acquisition across enterprise sectors including education, government, manufacturing, hospitality, healthcare, and retail.
This leader will design and execute data-driven marketing campaigns and growth experiments that deliver measurable impact against ambitious pipeline targets. This role is perfect for someone eager to make a meaningful impact by combining technical skills, strategic thinking, and creativity to drive rapid growth in the emerging AI video security market.
This leader will be a key connector across the organization, leveraging analytics and user insights to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and iterate quickly. We’re seeking someone ready to roll up their sleeves, do what it takes to win, and pioneer new approaches in B2B enterprise growth.
Location & Travel
Remote - U.S. May include some travel for customer visits, events, and field engagement.
Responsibilities
- Own the Demand Generation Strategy: Design, execute, and optimize full-funnel growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue.
- Manage Paid Advertising: Build, optimize, and scale paid acquisition channels (SEM, social, display, and other digital platforms) to drive qualified leads and pipeline.
- Influence Brand Awareness & Demand Generation: Contribute to top-of-funnel efforts—website optimization, SEO, email marketing, content, landing pages, webinars, events, and more.
- Refine Outbound Strategy: Partner with sales and marketing to develop outbound campaigns that generate high-quality leads and improve sales effectiveness.
- Design & Run Growth Experiments: Identify growth levers, test hypotheses, run experiments, analyze data, and iterate to drive efficient pipeline growth.
- Optimize the Customer Journey: Analyze the customer lifecycle to pinpoint optimization opportunities and boost conversions at each stage.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product, engineering, and sales to turn insights into impactful features, campaigns, and experiments.
- Build & Maintain Marketing Infrastructure: Select, integrate, and manage marketing tools (automation, analytics, CRM, attribution, SEO, etc.).
- Champion a Data-Driven Culture: Conduct thorough analysis and communicate actionable insights to leadership through clear, concise reporting.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up with emerging platforms, tools, and best practices to maintain a cutting-edge growth strategy.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management to meet business needs or support team objectives.

QualificationsMust Have
- 3+ years of growth marketing leadership experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with exposure to enterprise sales and technology/security products.
- A mindset of extreme ownership and high accountability—you move fast, communicate clearly, and take full responsibility for outcomes.
- Proven success managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms with measurable ROI.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with reporting, dashboards, and light scripting/querying (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to run and scale growth experiments with measurable results.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, startup environment—adaptable and focused on high-priority outcomes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to turn complex insights into clear recommendations.
- Analytical thinking, with a passion for using data to inform and drive decisions.
Nice to Have
- Experience in AI, computer vision, or security technology
- Previous experience as an early growth hire at a startup
- Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies for enterprise
- Exposure to physical security or enterprise safety markets
