About UGC Ninja
We drive organic reach in social media for our clients — essentially an organic alternative to paid performance marketing. We deliver tens of millions of impressions per client on a CPM-based pricing model.
We work with mobile apps, games, influencers, AdTech, FinTech, and digital products with marketing budgets of $200K+/month. Among our clients: Tencent, Voodoo, Dream Games, Flo, Pocket Option, HubX, Dating.com — and 700+ other brands worldwide. First deals are typically $25–50K, followed by repeat campaigns and long LTV.
Why this role
- You sell a product with real, growing demand: as paid gets more expensive, organic is becoming a core line in top advertisers' budgets
- You work with mid-market and enterprise clients spending $200K+/mo on marketing — not convincing SMBs to pay $500
- Base + a strong commission percentage. OTE $8–15K/mo for strong performers, $20K+/mo for top performers through repeat business and large accounts. Uncapped
- Lead flow is fully handled by marketing — both inbound and outbound. Your job is to close, not to build lists from scratch
- Remote, direct line to the founders, no HR layers or approval chains
What you'll do
- Close deals with an average first ticket of $25–50K with clients in mobile apps, games, AdTech/FinTech, and the influencer space
- Work the flow generated by the marketing team — inbound (content, referrals) and outbound (marketing-run sequences). Both come to you qualified and warmed up
- Expand existing accounts: repeat campaigns, new products, larger budgets
- Own the full deal cycle: qualification → demo/founder call → proposal → negotiation → signed contract
- Hand the client over to the delivery team while remaining the account point of contact
- Work your existing book of contacts from previous companies — reach out to old colleagues, clients, and partners in media / PR / performance agencies and the app industry, and convert that warm network into deals
Who we're looking for
Must-have:
- 3+ years in B2B sales in an adjacent space: media / influencer / performance / PR agency, marketing agency, ad-tech, or ad inventory sales
- Track record closing $25K+ deals with mid-market / enterprise clients
- English B2 or above — all client conversations and negotiations are in English
- An existing network you can actively work in at least one of our verticals: mobile apps / games / AdTech / FinTech / influencers / digital products
- Comfortable working in a CRM and running a structured pipeline — not "tracking deals in my head"
Nice to have:
- Experience selling UGC, organic reach, or influencer campaigns
- Understanding of the mobile apps market and performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV)
- Experience in a distributed team
Don't apply if:
- Your experience is only SMB sales with tickets under $5K
- Your English is below B2
- You have no relevant network to activate and have never worked an outbound flow from marketing
Conditions
- Format: fully remote, any time zone — as long as you can sync with the team and clients on calls
- Compensation: Base + commission on every deal, uncapped. Base $3–8K/mo depending on experience and the base/commission mix you prefer + % from each closed deal. OTE $8–15K/mo for strong performers, $20K+/mo for top performers through repeat business and large accounts
- Team: direct work with the founders, paired with marketing (they generate leads) and delivery (they execute)
