Role Description
We’re hiring a Creative Strategist with the potential to scale up to 10 clients monthly. Strategists who deliver strong results have the opportunity to earn $5K+/month working 20-25 hrs / week.
Responsibilities
- Develop ad strategies including scripts, angles, hooks, and visual trends using AI + data.
- Lead client kickoff calls and translate insights into clear, actionable creative direction.
- Review and QA ad content—distinguishing strong ads from weak ones.
- Collaborate with editors and creators, providing detailed, constructive feedback.
- Draft or review end cards, copy, and light Canva design work when needed.
- Stay on top of TikTok, Meta, and DTC creative trends, proactively recommending new concepts.
- Attend weekly team syncs and be reachable for quick comms 9–5 ET.
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
- Agency or client-facing experience in social, copywriting, or content strategy.
- Strong proficiency with ChatGPT + other AI tools (you’ll use them daily).
- Editing background: CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere
- Confident in scripting and storyboarding.
- Active on TikTok, Instagram & X
- Ability to identify winning vs. poor-performing ads without hand-holding.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Slack, ClickUp, Airtable, Notion.
- Basic Canva design experience for end cards or light creative tasks.
