Grafton Recruitment is partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing technology company seeking a Field Marketing Co-ordinator to join their team on a 3 month contract basis to support high-impact campaigns across EMEA — including a flagship event series that’s shaping the future of enterprise technology.

THE ROLE:

Some of your responsibilities as a Field Marketing Co-ordinator:

• Supporting operational tasks for a major international event series
• Managing waitlists and prioritising high-value registrations
• Coordinating with sponsoring partners to gather marketing collateral
• Creating promotional assets using Canva
• Delivering marketing materials to internal stakeholders
• Updating reports and preparing internal communications

THE CANDIATE:

What you’ll bring:

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in marketing coordination, events, or campaign support
• Confidence using tools like Canva, Excel, and marketing platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• A proactive mindset and a passion for tech
