Job Description:
As our Growth Hacker / Digital Marketing Manager, your mission is to generate ~800 Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in 2026 by optimizing Ubees’ digital acquisition strategy combining tradeshows, SEO, paid ads, automation, and data-driven storytelling.
You’ll be the go-to person for website performance, lead generation campaigns, and marketing automation, working closely with the sales team to accelerate growth.
Responsibilities:Website & SEO Optimization
- Oversee the revamp and continuous optimization of the Ubees website.
- Implement lead capture forms, CTAs, and SEO-optimized storytelling content.
- Improve organic visibility through keyword strategy, backlinks, and technical SEO.
- Monitor and report on traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, and keyword ranking.
Paid Campaigns (LinkedIn & Google Ads)
- Design, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Display & Retargeting).
- Create and test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to maximize conversion.
- Manage budget allocation, A/B testing, and continuous ROI tracking.
- Coordinate with sales to ensure lead quality and feedback loops.
Trade show Campaigns
- Coordinate pre-event, onsite, and post-event campaigns to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Track lead capture at events and integrate data into the CRM and nurturing workflows.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert event leads into opportunities.
Automation & Lead Scoring
- Implement lead scoring and nurturing workflows in HubSpot.
- Automate lead assignment, follow-up emails, and performance reporting.
- Analyze lead-to-MQL conversion and optimize the funnel.
- Ensure CRM data hygiene and synchronization between marketing and sales pipelines.
Performance Tracking & Growth Experiments
- Define and track key growth KPIs (traffic, CTR, CPL, MQLs).
- Run growth experiments: landing page iterations, new channels, or creative testing.
- Provide monthly reports and actionable insights to leadership.
- Continuously benchmark and explore new digital tools and acquisition channels.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, digital strategy, or demand generation.
- Proven track record in SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads management.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot including automation and lead scoring.
- Analytical mindset: comfortable with data, dashboards, and reporting (Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
- Strong copywriting and creative testing skills (ad visuals, messaging).
- Understanding of B2B acquisition funnels and MQL/SQL processes.
- Bonus: interest or background in agriculture, sustainability, or ESG communication.
