The Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support marketing strategy, campaign execution, brand development, communications, market research, content coordination, and business development initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will provide strong operational and analytical support throughout the marketing lifecycle, from planning and content development through campaign execution, performance analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Monitor construction, engineering, infrastructure, and related market developments that may affect business positioning.
  • Support the development of marketing plans, campaign calendars, schedules, and activity trackers.
  • Coordinate marketing initiatives with Business Development, Commercial, Project Management, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Develop, edit, and coordinate marketing content for websites, presentations, brochures, proposals, newsletters, social media, and other communications.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging, visual standards, tone, and positioning across marketing materials.
  • Support the preparation of company profiles, capability statements, project summaries, and promotional materials.
  • Assist with proposal and tender-related marketing content in coordination with Commercial, Contracts, and Business Development teams.
  • Gather project information, achievements, credentials, case studies, and organizational data for marketing purposes.
  • Coordinate the collection and organization of approved project photographs, graphics, technical information, and other marketing assets.
  • Support digital marketing activities across websites, email campaigns, social media, and other approved channels.
  • Monitor website content and coordinate updates to ensure information remains accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Assist with search engine optimization and digital content improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns, mailing lists, content schedules, and performance reporting.
  • Support social media planning, publishing, monitoring, and engagement activities.
  • Track marketing campaign performance using appropriate analytics and reporting tools.
  • Prepare regular marketing performance reports covering reach, engagement, leads, conversions, traffic, and other relevant metrics.
  • Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and audience engagement.
  • Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, campaign records, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist with customer, client, partner, and stakeholder segmentation for targeted marketing activities.
  • Support lead generation initiatives in coordination with Business Development and Sales teams.
  • Track marketing-generated leads and coordinate appropriate follow-up with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing presentations and materials for client meetings, industry events, conferences, and business development activities.
  • Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and industry activities.
  • Support event planning, promotional materials, registrations, communications, and post-event follow-up.
  • Research prospective clients, partners, markets, and industry organizations to support business development activities.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor marketing activities, service offerings, positioning, and market communications.
  • Prepare competitor and market analysis to support strategic marketing decisions.
  • Support public relations and corporate communications activities where required.
  • Coordinate with external marketing agencies, designers, writers, media providers, printers, and other service providers.
  • Manage marketing-related requests, timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, quality, and compliance with organizational requirements.
  • Ensure marketing communications accurately represent company capabilities, projects, services, and credentials.
  • Maintain organized records of marketing campaigns, creative assets, approvals, contracts, invoices, and performance results.
  • Coordinate marketing budgets, purchase requests, invoices, and expenditure tracking with Finance and Procurement teams.
  • Support the evaluation and management of marketing vendors and service providers.
  • Assist with the development of marketing policies, procedures, templates, standards, and workflow processes.
  • Ensure marketing activities comply with applicable organizational policies, contractual requirements, intellectual property considerations, and relevant U.S. laws and regulations.
  • Protect confidential company, client, project, commercial, and strategic information used in marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with Information Technology to ensure appropriate access, security, and administration of marketing platforms and digital systems.
  • Support the adoption and effective use of CRM, marketing automation, analytics, content management, and other approved marketing technologies.
  • Identify recurring operational issues and recommend improvements to marketing processes, tools, workflows, and reporting.
  • Maintain professional knowledge of current marketing practices, digital trends, communication methods, and industry developments.
  • Provide timely marketing support to internal stakeholders and respond effectively to changing business priorities.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute marketing insights to business planning and organizational initiatives.
  • Assist Executive Leadership and management with marketing reports, presentations, market intelligence, and strategic communication materials.
  • Perform other marketing, communications, research, and administrative responsibilities consistent with the position and organizational needs.
