This position is ideal for a digital marketing professional with a strong background in SEM, technical SEO, and AI-driven media, particularly within regulated healthcare and wellness sectors. You will be responsible for managing campaigns on Google, Bing, and programmatic platforms, ensuring technical infrastructure is robust, and maintaining compliance with healthcare advertising regulations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to achieve ambitious search performance goals and uphold the highest standards of data governance and measurement. Deliverables
- Develop, execute, and optimize SEM and SEO strategies tailored to healthcare and wellness services.
- Manage paid media campaigns across Google, Bing, and programmatic platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Oversee technical SEO, including site audits, schema markup, and backlink strategy.
- Implement and maintain analytics, tagging, and tracking systems for accurate performance measurement.
- Ensure all campaigns and data practices are HIPAA-compliant and adhere to healthcare advertising regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align search strategies with broader marketing and business objectives.
- Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in SEM, technical SEO, and AI-driven media within healthcare, wellness, or similarly regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, programmatic platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
- Expertise in technical SEO, backlink acquisition, and on-page/off-page optimization.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, healthcare advertising standards, and data governance best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Experience managing campaigns in high-competition, regulated environments is highly desirable.
- Availability for a full-time contract position; remote work supported.
