Search Engine Optimization Specialist

A growing e-commerce business in the apparel space is seeking a highly skilled SEO Lead to drive its organic growth strategy. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading comprehensive SEO initiatives aimed at boosting search rankings, increasing organic traffic, and maximizing conversions. This role involves conducting in-depth keyword and competitor research, executing technical audits, optimizing on-page elements, managing backlink outreach, and developing SEO-driven content calendars. Proficiency in tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog is essential. The role is fully remote and runs on a full-time contract basis for a 7-month duration.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in SEO strategy development and execution
• Strong experience in SEO audits, link building, keyword research, and competitor analysis
• Ability to track sales and conversion metrics tied to SEO performance
• Proficiency with SEO tools: GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog
• Experience developing and managing SEO content calendars
• Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices
• Up-to-date knowledge of algorithm updates and search engine guidelines
• Ability to analyze data, report insights, and make strategic recommendations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Remote availability for a full-time contract over a 7-month period
