Join a dynamic international brand specializing in pet essentials as a Social Media Manager. This role focuses on managing and growing Instagram and Facebook channels for a Shopify-based business targeting the US market. You will be responsible for creating engaging, authentic, and premium-quality content that resonates with pet owners, while ensuring a consistent and appealing brand identity across all social platforms. Deliverables

• Develop and execute a content calendar for Instagram and Facebook, including posts, reels, stories, and captions.
• Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics, photos, and short-form videos tailored to pet lovers.
• Write engaging captions and copy that reflect the brand’s tone and values.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies to maximize reach and engagement.
• Respond to comments and messages to foster community engagement.
• Track and report on key performance metrics to inform future content strategies.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts, preferably for e-commerce or consumer brands.
• Strong content creation skills, including photography, video editing, and graphic design.
• Proficiency with Instagram and Facebook, including their respective content formats and analytics tools.
• Ability to maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
