Join a dynamic pre-launch campaign for an innovative Australian lifestyle brand introducing a rechargeable, flameless candle designed for safety, sustainability, and modern living. This role centers on building brand awareness and driving early VIP sign-ups ahead of a major Kickstarter launch in February 2026. The campaign targets lifestyle, homewares, wellness, pet, and baby audiences through strategic partnerships, media outreach, influencer collaborations, and targeted marketing activities. The engagement is project-based, running for 4–6 weeks, and offers a flexible structure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with pre-launch or early-stage brands, especially in homewares or eco-focused sectors, and must be based in Australia. Deliverables
- Develop and execute a comprehensive pre-launch PR and partnership campaign tailored to the Australian market
- Draft compelling media notes and press materials highlighting the product’s unique features and brand values
- Identify, pitch, and secure 2–3 media features or collaborations with relevant lifestyle, homewares, wellness, pet, and baby outlets
- Establish and nurture boutique partnerships to expand brand reach
- Coordinate influencer collaborations to generate authentic buzz and engagement
- Grow the subscriber and VIP list through targeted outreach and campaign activities
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and media coverage
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in public relations, media outreach, and partnership campaigns for consumer brands, ideally in homewares, lifestyle, or eco-friendly sectors
- Strong network of media and influencer contacts within Australia’s lifestyle, wellness, and homewares industries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive pitches and media materials
- Proven ability to secure media coverage and drive audience engagement for pre-launch or early-stage products
- Strategic thinker with a creative approach to campaign development and execution
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks within a flexible, project-based structure
- Must be based in Australia and available for a 4–6 week engagement
