B2B & Event Marketing Associate

About the Role

Natural Farm is growing — and we’re looking for a marketing multitasker who can bridge the gap between marketing and sales. This role supports offline and B2B marketing efforts to help us bring the Natural Farm brand to life at trade shows, in stores, and through partnerships with retailers, distributors, and key industry allies.

What You’ll Do

• Trade Show & Event Support: Plan, coordinate, and manage logistics for national trade shows and in-person events.
• Retail Marketing Assets: Develop and execute point-of-purchase materials, product displays, shelf talkers, brochures, and branded promotional gear.
• Sales Training & Enablement: Help create training programs and materials for new retailers, distributors, and sales associates to learn about our products and brand story.
• Partnership Outreach: Build relationships with dog breeders, veterinarians, and other pet industry professionals to grow awareness and advocacy for Natural Farm.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand experience across all touchpoints.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in trade marketing, B2B marketing, or sales enablement
• Strong project management skills — able to manage multiple timelines, partners, and deliverables
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• A creative mindset with an eye for engaging in-store and trade show experiences
• Experience managing vendor relationships, budgets, and event logistics
• Familiarity with the pet industry or consumer packaged goods a plus
